Withdrawal from the Contract (Return of Goods)

If you are a consumer or a privileged entrepreneur (pursuant to Article 7aa of the Consumer Rights Act), you have the right to cancel a contract for the purchase of goods from our store within 14 days of receiving them—without giving a reason.

To exercise this right, simply send us a notice of withdrawal from the contract within that time frame:

You may use the sample withdrawal form, but this is not required. Once we receive your notice, we will confirm it via email.

Then, within 14 days of sending the notice, return the merchandise at your own expense to the following address:

The refund will be issued within a maximum of 14 days from the date we receive your notice of withdrawal. We will refund:

• the price of the purchased goods,
• original shipping costs (based on the cheapest delivery option available in the store).

We may withhold the refund until we receive the merchandise or you provide proof that it has been returned. The refund will be issued using the same payment method you used for the purchase, unless we agree otherwise.

Please note that you are liable for any decrease in the value of the goods if you have used them in a manner that goes beyond what is necessary to determine their characteristics, nature, and functionality.

Complaints

We are committed to ensuring that the products we deliver comply with the terms of the agreement and meet your expectations.

If you notice a defect or a failure of the goods to conform to the contract, you may file a complaint:

We will process the complaint in the form in which it was submitted (in writing or by email) within 14 days of receiving it.

If you are not satisfied with the resolution of your complaint, you also have the option of using out-of-court dispute resolution methods, including:

• mediation conducted by the provincial inspector of the Trade Inspection Authority,
• assistance from the county (city) consumer advocate or consumer organizations,
• a permanent consumer arbitration court.
