FiberFlex 40D - Fiberlogy

FiberFlex 40D is a flexible TPU filament with a Shore hardness of 40D that enables fast and precise 3D printing at speeds of up to 45 mm/s, without compromising print quality. This material is designed to make printing flexible models simple and convenient—the filament feeds smoothly, and the layers bond perfectly, ensuring durable and aesthetically pleasing prints.

FiberFlex 40D stands out for its high resistance to impact, abrasion, low temperatures, and chemical exposure, making it suitable for a wide range of applications—from hobby projects to professional models requiring flexibility and durability.

NOTE
: FiberFlex 40D may release a small amount of powder during printing; this is a natural characteristic of the material and does not constitute a product defect. This phenomenon does not affect the quality of the filament or the printing process itself. If you notice a significant amount of powder buildup, we recommend periodically cleaning the printer components, as this buildup can, over time, interfere with the proper feeding of filament into the extruder.
